Incredible edible eggs!

I love dying eggs but I don't like eating blue and green eggs the next day (what exactly is in those little pellets and packets). I decided to look into natural dyes and foods for egg coloring and here are my masterpieces (no hot pink or teal blue but they are beautiful anyhow). All I used was different combinations of onion skins, cabbage leaves, tumeric and beets!

We did natural dyeing of eggs in Chicago one year with friends and it was the best! So glad you did it, too. They look beautiful. Glad to see some new posts up, too! YEAH! :)
